The software is free; Cloudflare bills you directly for running it (what Cloudflare costs). Today we install it for $149 a year; the free self-install version comes when the code is public.

The length you pick

Walk a client through the deck, the model or the draft, and drop a link in the chat while you talk.
Recordings you control
Record a session and watch it back. Recordings are saved for 7 days by default; turn on one setting and they're kept in your own Cloudflare storage until you delete them.

Partners, consultants and associates each get their own login as an owner, admin, host or member. All of them are included, with no per-seat fees, so a new hire doesn't change what you pay us.
A video consultation platform clients join in the browser
Send the link from your own calendar or booking tool. The client opens it, types their name and joins. There's nothing for them to install before the first consultation.
Every meeting on the record
Each meeting gets a report: how long it ran, peak attendance, and who joined and when. Useful when a client asks how long last Tuesday's session really was.

Setup
We install it for you on your own Cloudflare account and domain. You need a Cloudflare account on its Workers Paid plan, and your domain has to use Cloudflare for its DNS. During the install you pick your address, like meet.yourfirm.com. Then you invite your consultants.
Cost
No per-seat fees. Every consultant is included. Cloudflare bills you directly for running it, and the pricing page shows both.
Ownership
Castio is installed into your own Cloudflare account. Your meetings run there, not on our servers, and new versions wait for you to click Update Now.

Questions consulting firms ask
Do our clients need an account or an app?
No. They click the link or enter the meeting code and join in the browser.
Does adding a consultant cost more?
Not from us. There are no per-seat fees, and every consultant you add is included. Cloudflare bills you directly for running it, and that part grows with how much you meet, not with headcount (what Cloudflare costs).
Can we use our own domain?
Yes. You pick an address like meet.yourfirm.com during the install, on a domain in your own Cloudflare account. Your domain has to use Cloudflare for its DNS.
Who sets it up?
A Castio developer installs it for you on your own Cloudflare account and domain, and keeps it updated. You need a Cloudflare account on its Workers Paid plan, and your domain has to use Cloudflare for its DNS. During the install you create a Cloudflare API token so Castio can deploy there.
Is there a time limit on client meetings?
There's no 40-minute cap. You pick the length: 25 or 50 minutes, or your own, up to 24 hours. The meeting ends at the length you pick, so give a long workshop some room.

The account is yours. Castio runs in it, and your meeting records live there, not on our servers. Recordings are saved for 7 days by default; turn on one setting and they're kept in your own Cloudflare storage until you delete them.
