Most companies selling white-label video host the platform for you and meter it. That's a fair business. It's a different thing from owning the setup.

Questions people ask.
Is Castio white label, or only custom branded?
It runs in your own Cloudflare account at your own address, like meet.yourfirm.com, with your logo and colors. Custom-branded tools usually mean a logo and a color on the vendor's own servers.
Do I need my own Cloudflare account?
Yes. Castio is installed into it, and we do the install for you. You need a Cloudflare account on its Workers Paid plan, and your domain has to use Cloudflare for its DNS. Opening an account is free; the Workers Paid plan is what Castio runs on.
Is there a per-host fee?
No. There are no per-seat fees, and every host is included. Adding a colleague doesn't change what you pay us, and Cloudflare bills you directly for what you use (what Cloudflare costs).
Can I use my own domain, like meet.yourfirm.com?
Yes. Your domain has to use Cloudflare for its DNS. You choose the address during the install and Cloudflare connects it.
Is there a white-label video conferencing app my clients have to install?
No. Clients click a link or enter a meeting code and join in the browser, at your own address. No account, no app.
Does the Castio name show anywhere my clients see?
In one place: the title in the browser tab. The join page and the lobby carry your logo and colors, the meeting room carries your colors, and clients get no email from us. Invite and password-reset emails to your own team come from Castio's address.
What happens to my data if Castio stops trading?
Your database and settings are in your Cloudflare account. New versions would stop, and so would the team invite and password-reset emails, which go out through our email service.
How is this different from building on Cloudflare RealtimeKit myself?
RealtimeKit gives you the video. Castio is the product around it: accounts and roles, scheduling, guest links, the waiting room, recordings, branding, and the install and update tooling.
