This policy covers the [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] marketing site at castio.app. It does not cover your deployed Castio instance, which runs on your own Cloudflare account under your own control. What your organization's users enter into your deployed instance (accounts, meetings, recordings, chat) is your data, on your infrastructure, governed by your own policies, not this one.

What we collect on castio.app

The only data this site collects is what you type into the demo request form: your name, company, website, and email address.

That's it. There is no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no ad tracking, and no cookie set by this site. We checked the site's code directly to confirm this before writing this policy, and we'll update this page if that ever changes.

What we do with it

We use your demo request information for one purpose: to build and deliver the demo instance you asked for, and to follow up with you about it. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where it's stored

Your demo request is stored as a record in Cloudflare KV, in our own (vendor) Cloudflare account, not yours. It stays there until we delete it as part of normal demo cleanup or at your request.

Your choices

Changes to this policy

If we start collecting more than the demo form (analytics, cookies, a newsletter signup, anything else), we'll update this page before we ship that change, not after.
